Get this even for small job
I had only 5 posts to install between my columns, but this tool made it so much easier. With one person drilling and one person holding post & level vertically, the center guide helped start the drilling square. It also made it faster to find center on irregular posts.
Well worth the minor expense
I had 30 plus posts to anchor - no way was I going to hand mark them all. This tool is a slam dunk that took mere seconds to hit center every time.After 30 posts, the hole saw's teeth had nearly bit through the tool were it rubbed. Offer a steel version for professionals or they need to be considered a diposable item.
