Why Alignment With The Fence Foot Anchor Is Easier

Once you drive a spike into the ground, that's it. You are stuck. So you better get it right because your post position will not change. 

But the Fence Foot Anchor is more forgiving.  

You get up to 2” of movement to catch the fence line. And then 360 degrees of motion for plumbing your posts.

Remember that nothing is stronger than a post set deep into 10” of concrete. 

Where you sacrifice top end strength from a concrete solution, you gain in speed, convenience and post longevity. The ultimate strength of your installation depends on how compact the soil is around the embedded fin.

Will An Auger Work In My Soil?

Some soil is not well suited for augers. The soil may be full of rocks, roots or other obstructions, or frozen. So you have to do some due diligence first to know if your soil is suited for this kind of solution.
